Damion A. Bucholtz told police Taylor arrived at his residence with Kelly and three or four other people who kicked in the door. Bucholtz told police he was kicked in the head and had a finger pressed into his eye resulting in a loss of consciousness. Kelly was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault and harassment. Taylor was charged with criminal trespass, terroristic threats and harassment.
