It's not as though Keira Knightley, Amy Adams, or any other Oscar hopefuls past or present are sharing their maternity birthday suit with the entire world. So, is posing nude and pregnant meant to send the message that a woman's body is beautiful, or that the person doing the posing needs attention?

It's been just a few weeks since Kim Kardashian dared to bare it all in Paper magazine , and now her pregnant sister, Kourtney, is following in her footsteps. For the latest issue of DuJour , Kourtney stripped down for a series of captivating nude shots. But in general, I don't really care that much about what people think. It doesn't rule my world. What appeals to me is celebrating the shape of my body being pregnant and capturing that time in my life.

More and more women are celebrating their growing bellies with a maternity photo shoot. Enlisting the help of a professional photographer is becoming the latest pregnancy trend. Photographer, Bob Berg, of Bellies by Bob maternity and newborn photography, thinks every mom-to-be should document the special moments of pregnancy.
